1. Poor hikes. 5-6% max. 2. No/Delayed promotions. 3. Expect to work for low package for a long time.

Very stupid staffing team, give any project without matching skills. No processes, old managers think they own the company, they don't have enough projects. No work life balance

managers are not supporting at all.i was working with them before lockdown. I had worst time their.politics is worst their.there is no job security whatsoever.there was free training available.but manager never allowed to attend even when you are free.they dont want you to learn.

politics.job security not there. unfriendly environment. no compensation ,no insurance.they will put on contract.no leaves are allowed.

1. Good hike for laterals. 2. Joining bonus (although minimal) paid. 3. Most of the HR are friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

1. BU HRs play a lot of politics. They hold personal grudges for unknown reasons. 2. Not many projects. Employees are forced to join existing projects even if the timings/skills are unsuitable. 3. Bu HRs are manipulative; their verbal and written communication are different. And they fabricate lies as per their convenience to win arguments. 4. Top management are spineless, and cannot stand for the right people. Everything is run by the HR. 5. The BU HR and the current Head of HR - Gargi Verma - are very insecure and openly gossip about employees in corporate bay.They demoralize employees by threatening and harassing them, and passing lewd comments on clothing. 6. People are forced to join projects with a different role requiring a different set of skills altogether, which makes no sense, because it means that they had wasted their previous years. 7. Poor people management. 8. Not employee friendly. 9. Policies are not properly documented. Neither are they followed.

From fresher point of view it's a good service based company to start your career as from learning perspective there is lot to learn here the only thing is there is less compensation and benefit on comparison with other companies and for fresher the three year bond is quite long
