No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

Higher management and managers are very good and supportive. Excellent compensation is provided. Lot of scope of learning new technologies free of cost as free real time trainings are provided by company itself.

If you have the confidence like after the loose the job from synechron you can get the job within few weeks on your technical skills then you can join synechron for better salary
