...e u get project within 45 days otherwise Hr will call you with last working day. But don’t worry you will get 3 month salary and if ur technology on peak then u might get project easily

- Appraisal process is very complicated.Your contribution apart from work is valued more than what you do for a client so even if you get outstanding feedback from client you could get less appraisal for stupid reasons. - Personal connections are more important than your talent and what you contribute technically. - You don't get a sense of team when you work with client since you are just a vendor contributing to client team.

...ojects and not bothered what is your skills nd what is the work you are getting. Initially they give a great package. Later in the appraisal you don't see much.

Mangers will not keep their promises they wil play with your weakness. If you say onsite then your time and work-life is gone.
