Here each person is treated as resource and not as employee. If you want to work till retirement, then this company is for those people. There is no job satisfaction. Manager here seems to be appointed to get work done only. No recognition and moral support. Also appraisal is for just for formality, no hike. As per IT companies policy, experienced people will have less than new joiner. If you are new joiner then they will give you higher salary, as there is are bands for salary structure. Current company situation is like Titanic. NO HIKE, NO RECOGNITION, NO JOB SATISFACTION. NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE THERE FOR MORE THAN 5+ YEARS. If you want good hike, get offer here and take counter offer from other company and join over there.

Very stupid staffing team, give any project without matching skills. No processes, old managers think they own the company, they don't have enough projects. No work life balance

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination

For senior resources, Once you release from project, in next one month they give 3 months basic salary and ask for resignation. Bench is only for juniors. You can't change your reporting manager HR role is only in hiring. They don't listen anything and don't help in day to day questions.
