I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Dislikes

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.

Okayish job security, they don't directly fire people, provide initial help needed to settle down in a new place country.

Dislikes

... need support at night or weekend or even at new year. Old mentality management Very low salary or compensation as compared to market competition. People with No skills are Managing the people with skills.

They provide competitive package at the time of hiring.

1. hire and fire policy 2. As soon as project if completed there are high chances that you will be out of the organization. 3. Very less hike on a appraisal.

...ojects and not bothered what is your skills nd what is the work you are getting. Initially they give a great package. Later in the appraisal you don't see much.

Dislikes

Mangers will not keep their promises they wil play with your weakness. If you say onsite then your time and work-life is gone.

Very good for freshers to lear and their salary but for laterals it's not satisfy their needs

Management people should not give false promises like I will increase ur package. But all bull shit simply they will be lieing
