Pay master. Learning material, courses in house trainings are good points.

Yes job security is an issue here and it still exists. Suddenly a whole team disappears. Do not join if you have life outside the office. Client friendly policies. Clients treats Synechron people like labours specifically citi account.

... on recent technologies.No bench policy so its very hard to get another project.Offers a decent salary and hikes.Shoe polish will do get on-site opportunities.Work environment is very friendly and excellent.Work life balance is also good.

Still manual work or paper work goes for proofs and claims submissions.

They are giving good salary at the time of joining. but this is big trap.

if your project is over and once you came to bench then consider that your carrrer is over. you will be fired soon. Please think twice before joining this company. If you are experienced professional then please think twice.

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.
