It’s best organisation when it comes to pay for employees hard work and they count each efforts they employees give which are pay in the mode of payment. Gives value to employees time to solve any queries well organised system.

Nothing is there to like everything HR commutes while recruiting was fake. Not sure it’s awarded as best workplace awards

...hike process, hike process is depends on your package not on your performance. So if you are getting high salary then don’t expect pay on your performance. If you are in bench for more than a month then you will be terminated immediately with 3 months Salary. You are no longer with the company suddenly without any notice. All access will be revoked. No will be your POC when you wanna discuss about your rights or policy. I never seen such worst company in my 10 yrs of experience. Don’t fall for Recruiters perks about company. Get in touch with real time employee then decide it. Money doesn’t matter but no honesty there. I can’t compare this company with any worst companies

...ill terminate you in 45 days. Even if they want they will do before 45 days too. Salary hike will be based on client's review only.

Don't join synechron technology.lots of hire and fire happened. And they only have 45 days of bench period and nobody will help you to find another project once you on bench ..

I liked the culture of synechron office, and Salary structure.

Nothing such as dislike because , things which i didn’t like is from client side. like no work life balance and unnecessary pressure, no job security.
