Dislikes

Work life and managers are heartless on floor. We do not have something which can satisfy for ourself being in this job. Earlier days, everything went well. However, Later days it been it’s a burden day by day working here

There is nothing to dislike about but I think compared to other MNC's Synchrony has a little less pay scale. There isn't any great difference though. And this is definitely not a complete dislike.

Good work culture,great leaders,amazing benefits from cab to sodexo and frequent goodies. Synchrony does a lot of community outreach,Provides equal opportunities for people with disability,veterans etc.

Dislikes

The only con i feel is the pay..it is very less compared to other companiea

Synchrony provides the best environment for a fresher to start their career. They also provide all facilities for their employees and take great consideration for their benefit.

The salary, as they don't provide incentives or bonuses for employees who would do well compared to others

Synchrony financials is a great place to work . I have worked with the most kind and professional team . Mentors are very supportive. Synchrony cares about thier employees That's what it makes the company a great place to work.
