Synchrony financials is a great place to work . I have worked with the most kind and professional team . Mentors are very supportive. Synchrony cares about thier employees That's what it makes the company a great place to work.

Very less pay. You are forced to take calls even you move into other role. Pay is very very less. You can expect hike only upto 6% even you are excellant performer. Leaves are a big headache. You will have sufficient leave balance but no slots as usual to get approved. Pay is very very less across. You will get gifts quaterly and other occasions which they say that they are doing so much for employees. If pay slab is increased people will come forward to work and people will refer others.

Dislikes

Pay is very less. Only 3k per month hike you get every year. Hardly 30to 32k increase you get as yearly hike.

Likes

One of the best company in my whole career, company provides WFH for lifetime, we can balance both work and life, company provides benefits like insurance, team outings for every quarter. Managers are very friendly and approachable.

Dislikes

One thing I don't like is, one synchrony policy, increases in salary is same for everyone, there is no appreciation for hard work, finally at the end of the year increase in salary is same for hard worker and employees who are in corrective.

Work life and managers are heartless on floor. We do not have something which can satisfy for ourself being in this job. Earlier days, everything went well. However, Later days it been it’s a burden day by day working here
