Work life and managers are heartless on floor. We do not have something which can satisfy for ourself being in this job. Earlier days, everything went well. However, Later days it been it’s a burden day by day working here

Synchrony is one of the Best Organizations in Hyderabad and it's a Great place to work.

Dislikes

I dislike about the package, I know in most of the companies does. They offer one package and give us less salary. If you get a Job in synchrony make sure you are clear about each and single rupee

Its truly a great place to work. The infrastructure, the people, the work life culture, no work pressure its a complete package if you are looking for a balance and carefree life with job security.. i love the company..

Dislikes

Growth is stunned. Pay is not good, there are a lot of cuttings in the package they offer apparently they call them benefits. I dont see it benefitting me in any way. I am only talking about myself.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Management is supportive. There is a huge cafeteria ,free gym , cool gaming arcade and chilling area .Good benefit like free transport.

Dislikes

No incentives, , No night shift allowance. No Bonus and Yearly increment is very poor n below average. Rotational shift , Split off Only good for freshers.

Employee satisfaction is a standard objective at Synchrony.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about but I think compared to other MNC's Synchrony has a little less pay scale. There isn't any great difference though. And this is definitely not a complete dislike.
