Very less pay. You are forced to take calls even you move into other role. Pay is very very less. You can expect hike only upto 6% even you are excellant performer. Leaves are a big headache. You will have sufficient leave balance but no slots as usual to get approved. Pay is very very less across. You will get gifts quaterly and other occasions which they say that they are doing so much for employees. If pay slab is increased people will come forward to work and people will refer others.

Pay is very less. Only 3k per month hike you get every year. Hardly 30to 32k increase you get as yearly hike.

Salary was the deal breaker. The pay is far below the average industries. No matter how much you perform there is no incentives. I was a great performer myself, during my time there I saw a dozen of employees who left due to salary reasons and trust me I know some of them who were really good in communication skills and the amount of commitment they put into their job role. Great loss for them to let those employees go! I'll share with you what I do when my salary gets credited, I pay my house rent and buy groceries and that's it. I don't have to do the math to show you how that's taken care off. Make sure you get experience and negotiate salary before accepting their offer! Other than that You'll be happy. The month I left the job I was offered a double salary from Tech Mahindra! Happy Ever After!

Leadership team shows the concern on Employess issues n problem. Business structure for customers is good but not for employees. Synchrony is a company who always support equal opportunity to PDN n women to achieve their professional goals in their life.

Growth structure in terms of less designation opening in IJP's . Outsiders get better salary but person who given years n years religiously to company hardly get satisfactory hike in pay.

I would say IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK...Amazing culture , people , rules, salary,comfort zone most of all the best transport u would ever get in any other company..(karvan)

If you are looking for growth it would just take years and years together.. .and a benefit which is given as vto is not comfortable with me
