Excellent career opportunity for freshers. Good initial salary and timings. Only pressure in release time working. No politics in company. Some politics played only bases on some teams. Appraisal based on only your talent. Overall excellent experience for freshers.

Typical 9-6 job company, very sub-par developer experience when compared to other companies. Job security will be quite good but overall it is not a recommended place to work. Easy to get in, if you know basic .net or c# programming with advanced array and string concepts. If you have no job or willing to work in a company which doesn't have bond, this company is a option.

1.Very poor developer experience. 2.During recruitment they say one thing and deploy in support and will state resource is needed. 3.Offer letter will not be given unless you come and accept it face to face(school like experience). 4. More story points you solve in JIRA = More the rating in the month, yes monthly rating is done. 5. Hike is a joke purely based on story points not based on the calibre of the developer. 6. severely micro-managed company. 7. Insurance and other employee benefits information will be withheld by the HR and other teams, you should be like indiana jones to discover all of them and claim them. 8. One will never know what is software building from scratch and deploying it. You will be scheduled to fix bugs and write test cases for 2-3 years. 9. They will say they will deploy you in development, some will get lucky and will get a role, some will (mostly girls) be put technical support role, one cannot escape that hellhole. 10. No EPF for employee(until 3 years) since the BP doesn't meet with EPF minimum criteria. ~~COVID UPDATE~~: 1. There were no mass firing involved(as per publicly available information) from march/april when lockdowns were announced. 2. When the first lockdown was announced, promptly the company issued WFH for all employees except maintenance people who are essential workers in keeping check of the office space. 3. When unlockdown happened(JAN2021), company asked employees to resume back(chennai branches), despite rising cases and mask mandates were followed by very few employees though strict instructions were provided. Lethargic behavior was observed. 4. When cases started rising again they abruptly said to continue WFH. Poor planning, since many came to work place with severe setbacks due to constantly changing rules. 5. Now the Permanently all employees enjoy WFH until further notice(WILL CHANGE ANYTIME). 6. No sponsorship from the company for vaccinations. only encouragement and pamphlets(online) were given.

Job security..hike process for every 6 months but not everyone will get...Good place for female employee

Dislikes

... depends upon the team you are in..they will rate you out of 5 for every month..In a particular team everyone is getting low salary but having experience Upto 3-5years. Even you work hard all over the quarter , you will get 400rs extra in your monthly salary..This situation not happens in all team ...Some managers are so rude and they don't know how to handle team.. No team lunch, work from home, transport is available..It's like version of upgraded school with color dress. Even you work hard they don't give you proper recognition, you even doubt yourself whether you are working properly or not and will get stresses.

...they conduct technical interview with python but in your role uts completely c#. *Salary hike is based on your rating. But they give only 2.5 to 3 rating in training period. Note; Easy phase is training but it's completed dificult if you're new to this field because I'm non IT field but I know python. *Importantly please forget your sleep and health for upto 8 to 10 months after that it's depends upon your team. No work life balance. *And there somany dislikes are there but if you investigate about this company they only portray this company like Job security, WFH, 6 months once hike. Please check this review with any friend is work in that company because it's completely true so please consider because I resign my core job because of this role but its end with termination, Now I'm jobless. Yes, they ask me resign my role from their company because of performance like this reason but I did my best.

There is no proper communication bridge between management and the team, The Company keeps on changing rules, and they don't keep up their word delayed confirmation delayed hikes, etc,
