- A high level politics of the company to earn money from different ventures - Even it's a more than 20 years old company you will get nothing like: Health Insurance, EPF, Zero basic facility - City is very expensive in terms of basic things also, almost double price of everything from any metro city

Likes

Office is in GOA, which is a great location. All the people are friendly and always ready to help. Great place to start your career-I've been here for over 2 years. You get to work with well-known clients, which helps build experience. Department head is always ready to hear you and help you with any issue. When needed, they allow the option to work from home. They give performance bonus, which is a nice plus.

Dislikes

Fever annual leaves compared to other companies. Health insurance could be better. Increment is very less compared to industry standards.

Likes

It's a great place to start your career, specially being an agency that is based in Goa. They have a decent number of clients that you can learn a lot from.

Dislikes

The company is very rigid and doesn't really follow agency culture. Not sure if they are even one! Sometimes it is an agency, sometimes it is a formal organization. Learning is really not that great and growth is stagnant, bad leadership which hampers growth. Repurposing ideas is a thing here.

The people here are very helpful. you can reach out to your seniors for any doubts. its a really good place for beginners and you get to learn lots of new skills and explore.

Dislikes

Considering it being a old company employee benefits like PF and Health Insurance is needed. It has lesser annual leaves compared to most of the companies.

From last 10 years I am working in Synapse as a Designer and I found this place as my second home. This place gave me an opportunity to grow and improve myself with self confidence. If you are a hard working and giving your 100% then this place will give you everything.

Nothing as such, I found everything going good.
