Worst company ever!! To much deductions in salary... No Benefits nothing. They will mention free meals in JD but they will deduct 1200 from your and and deposit into sodexo, They will deduct Epfo Employee and Employer share from your salary only...!! No Health insurance to employees nothing..?!! No job security.!! For 2.5lpa in every organization you will get 18k+ but in this fu****g organization you will get only 13.8k ....!!! Who are seriously look for career growth don't join in this organization, those who are looking to spoil their future and want to waste their valuable time are welcome to Sykes (sitel) Always!!!!

The only good part of the organisation is HR, they do support and understand.

I had a interview, and surprisingly I never had salary discussion part with any HR at all they just send me offer letter if I call to discuss they have no time. Alright and they don't allow any gadgets on floor but have no lockers as log outs reserve the lockers for the whole and organisation do nothing on it. Coming to the culture as it's fine for now. But they give false hopes and fool here which just give false statements which they change it later. And having good amount of experience at work previously, here they pay me less than my previous ctc and in hand. They said something and I get something else. In span of two months this all I could experience.

The pay is not satisfactory. No hike even after an year. They show that they're giving us sodexo credits, instead they're deducting our own money from salary and giving it as sodexo credits. Some of the TLs really don't respond to the issues which we face, we need to keep on bugging them all the time. No health insurance provided. Usually, if your joining as a fresher, your package will be 2.5 Pa, but you'll be paid only 13.5k Pm, where as you need to get paid around 17-18k after cuttings.

...work experience with Sykes. Well I worked with Sykes for 1years and 5months. 1) SALARY AND OTHER PAY LIKE OVERTIME, INCENTIVES WILLNOT BE PAID ON TIME. 2) YOU WILL BE FORCED TO DO OVERTIME AND WILL NOT BE PAID PROPERLY 3) YOU WILL HAVE TO PLAN YOUR HOLIDAYS WHICH WE ARE ENTITLED TO TAKE SHOULD BE PLANNED A YEAR AHEAD. 4) NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. 5) "GROWTH" MANAGMENT PLAYS UNFAIR GAME HERE. 6) "OVERTIME " DO OR LEAVE(if u refuse to do overtime). 7) THERE IS NO ANNUAL HIKE IN THIS ORGANIZATION. 8) HR AND MANAGERS ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE AT ALL. 9) "WFH" HAS MORE COMPLICATIONS AND OVERTIME WILL NOT BE PAID AT ALL. 10) FINALLY HERE IN THIS ORGANIZATION U WILL BE FORCED TO DO THINGS LIKE OVERTIME AND TAKING HOLIDAYS. !!!!!!!!please forget your personal life of you want to join this organization!!!! TRUST ME I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE DURING WFH THAN WORKING FROM SITE I would say keep this company as a last option. 😉 THANK YOU FOLKS.

...ve any morals. They don't even think once about employees while making policies. They lie to you, do not compensate for over time, do not credit salary on time, do not give the incentives as promised. Even their facilities/house keeping team does not respect you as a employee. The cab service they provide is complete scrap. Even the cab drivers are unhappy about the pay and work. Their work from home policies are in such a way that they could come to your home at any time to check their property (Computer and accessories). Every time management tries to blame employee even that is their mistake. Managers and HRs feel as if they are providing us employment and salaries from their home. To have good rating on ambition box they had a contest and asked employees to rate 5 star in ambition box and get a chance to win a 2 wheeler. That's how cheap these people are. DO NOT BELIVE SYKES MANGEMENT.
