It was terrible experience to work with this MNC. As this is less japanese and more like a mechanic workshop There ia no transparency and teamwork in management. Company policies are good but are not implemented accordingly.

Therr is no training during job work. Salary is too poor but good appraisal

Cant say much more about others department but i was working there in frame assembly production department and i was fully satisfied there with my work, culture and everything except salary which is good now but not my time
