colleagues and managers are the most important people who make you feel like going to work. They were the best. Not sure if they are the same people now, but my colleagues amd managers were the best i had. They support very well.

Company needs some improvements in salary structure. You get less take home compared to CTC on papers. When it comes to job security, understand its a third party outsourcing company. so you job depends on you cilent. If the process is gone, then your job is gone.

NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.

... From the time of documentation no proper communication. Worst in communication. Even the performance incentive is deducted from your pay, no night shift allowances though they are grave yard shifts. Your shifts keep changing every month which effects your health and poor in approving leaves though you are sick

Daily overtime Blame culture Micro management Managers attitude of seeing team as $laves My manager works from home and order us what to do but conducts review on his free time (e roams around with his family)

Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.
