Team mates, training staff are good, more like a friends. We will fee more comfortable during training. Trainers are so cooperative.

I felt the salary is too low for a newbie. That demotivates and it affects the performance and dedication of the youngsters who seeks a new job

I started my career as Technical Support Executive. Over all training was for more than 45 days including communication training. Production floor was also good. 10 hours shift made work life balance painful, But overall experience was good

Dislikes

... had to support global clients. You can just take one day off on some other day. No compensation for working on holidays.

... to meet many people , learn basics of customer care, improve your language etc. There will not be any career growth or increase in salary if you continue more than 2 years

The work culture is very peaceful and the salary is pretty fair compared to other other companies as Sutherland provides a much better package even to freshers. The best salary packages in the industry.

Dislikes

If you are hired on a contractual basis like I was there is no job security at all if the process to which you are hired is unsuccessful or if there is no more requirement for so many head counts they will just as you to go home. Maybe you will be notified a 2 days or maximum a week before that to just casually they will tell you may lose your job and they will just tell you to go home. Since they are hiring you for a contractual role you won't get any compensation or any other supports.

Work life balance was good and nice place to work peacefully. there is no politics and good salary package with good incentives

Process got ramp down without agent’s knowledge and they didn’t take care of them
