Same as other companies, they are ready to pay higer salary bracket for new employees but won't do the same for existing employees in the year appraisals

its good for a fresher to develop his skills mainly in english communication provides decent salary and good work stations Main drawback was that most process require you to work in rotating night shifts since major clients are from EST following countries. Still its a good MNC BPO company and will find growth if you are looking for long term career there.

If any fresher can want to join in sutherland, it's best company to start our carrier and knowledge gaining is done in peaks. Since I working from past 30months in Sutherland

The salary structure was not satisfactory comparing to the other company in the market and the compensations are very low
