It's a great opportunity for freshers n for those who working provider side there is a good variable pay(5k incentive average you can get 3to 4k per month + you will get 4k retention bonus if you sign a bond. Job is 100percent secure.Bad thing is there is no carrier growth and you can't expect any position after senior level.

Sutherland India head HR I don't want to take her name. In front of people she likes to show she is very kind hearted but when you meet her personaly then she is nothing more than a villian.

lot of internal politics ,dont wanna implement new innovations , most of the managers are not graduates ,they dont wanna lets others grow or they dont wanna grow , terrible work environment and moreover compensation , thats a laughing stock i worked with them for multiple times , i moved to their client too , every time they used to promised a lot about change but end of the day its all same , when we try to work all the internal politics based on religion and language used to come up, whatever u mess up , u have to treat the managers ur job will be safe , i left the company after my bad experiences now i am working for a startup after five yrs of gulf experience , gulf experience is one of the best in terms of my employment, i never been questioned for unnecessary things at all

The recruitment team is a bunch of liars , they do empty promise nd will give u false commitment about salary structure so beware of that before joining , record every call nd ask them for documentation for every salary aspect

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.

NOTHING is there for LIKES & PROS, Lots of criminal & hidden office politics, Lots of huge hidden & secret & criminal & very illegal privacy violations, personal life violations and human rights abuses & violations very secretly & in a very hidden manner

BEGGARS SALARY, NO new skills learnings & NO career development at all, huge hidden & secret & direct & indirect tortures & tormentations , huge discriminations , degradations & disrespect & blemishes & severe dignity damages, severe negative exploitations and heart-less attitude by HR & Mgmt and by even some criminal peers who are very unworthy in any subjects & communication, and completely doesn't have any quality standards in the behaviour, character & attitude.
