It has great set of Managers in Chennai and Mumbai and best set of people to work around and Gives you an better environment to work and depending on process you get incentives and especially they teach you and train you very patiently. Good teammate and has an transparent and Area to work is also so good.

Dislikes

Salary and career growth is very slow. But good part is there is no bond so you can Gaij experience here even if it's for 6 months and join somewhere else with an hike.

...f each employees, I don't think so none of the other company have this facility. Most of the company are following some cost cutting process to decrease the count of employees due to pandemic just because financial issues but Sutherland has put different option infornt of employees, incase for any reason they have to leave that process so they can apply diff process. So overall it's tremendous experience to work with this organization. 🙂

Definitely this is the Flatform which help us to understand how employees have their opinion about company, so basically it's my opinion and O don't want to take any name and dominate anyone here. So I am working since 15 jan 2019 for ICM at&t process but due to other things I was not able to work from home because I am living in one room kitchen house (1RK) with family and it's to difficult to work for voice process at home specially in night shifts, so then from the month of sept I start working again from home and I worked for 15 days and again the management put me on hold just because my acct which is on TLOA is not get activated, it supposed to get activated by that same time when my team manager is taking approval for system and reinstate my account. So when I get system at my home I hooked wifi connection and I worked for 15 days and again they put me on bench just a silly mistake and they told me it gonna take two weeks time for reinstate your account. I wait for two weeks then I ask my manager he stated still we are waiting ones we knew I will let u knew, so meanwhile I start searching job for different company beacaue I can't sit home without salary because my family expenses is depend on my salary, so I inform about this to manager so he said yes you can search diff job if you want we will release documents beacaue your acct will get activated on 10 December so there is no make any sense to wait for this days, but then also I wait and now it's gonna completing two months but they said they will reinstate my acct on 15 December so j get frustrated and I said I dont want to work with you transfer me any other process but then also he said u have to talk to almas (HR) and check with her os ther any any opening, so text her on what's app but she didn't check my msg and if I want to call so might be she sleeping in day time, so I am here to request you to pls do the need ful and transfer me any other process as soon as possible so I can start work .

...o Upskilling assistance, Senior HR asks an Engineer to work for a BPO process. No Salary Hike, Unfair rating and hikes, No meeting on performance or feedback from managers. Management tries to get things done for free, wont even spend on tools to work.

it's a bad time for me as I'm jobless cause the company removed people with high salary even though giving 5 years of my life and being a dedicated agent without taking any leaves or unplanned leaves you just throw your loyal employees I know this is nothing for you who ever is reading but still I will be a little bit satisfied myself
