Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.

Excellent one.. Prompt Salary disbursement and full & final settlement dues.. Good opportunities for inter-department changes for the right employees.. Strict followers of Ethics & compliances at possible level. Good in respecting the employees concerns and issues.

With great pain to say that like other corporates, inter deparmental politics also plays its own game. They must ensure to remove partiality and implement ways to find out the exact contribution of the bonefied employees, to raise the concern, to Number 1.

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Getting salary on or before 31st.

Dislikes

No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.
