Continuously rotational shifts if we are not feeling well also they will ask to come to the office and salary is very low for some of the process.

...I've started as an Contract employ and become a permanent employ after 6 months. For fresher's it's a great place to start the career and you'll be get a good salary package. Also provide free both side cab facility for all employees.

...tyle. Friendly managers and team leaders who encourages you in your tough times. Salary would be good for survival but not enough for see getters :( good performance will get you good money

The inner politics which most of the companies have. The management thinks that they are transparent but they are not.

... first company I have ever worked with and the experience was not at all bad. If you seek high salary, this company is not for you. However, if you seek to develop your skills, prepare yourself for future endeavours, you are at the right place. People here are very friendly and helpful. I am working for Symantec process and trust me, what I have learned in last 7 months, could not learn in 7 years of my Engineering!! Overall, this company is brilliant to start your career in BPO sector.

No night allowance, shift timings not good, salary, growth, job security, huge politics, low insensitive, appresal, not supportive team leaders as well as manager and HR, don't get off or holiday even when u have already holidays on system, and many more
