Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.

Work like family and culture over here is good.

Salary benefits are not being given satisfaction to employees in sense Management is at low level in understanding employees satisfaction. Cafeteria and Cab are so horrible 😔

Spefically people Like Anil Neerengil, SatyaSivakiran M, VVS Prasad, Swarup Chillkumur & shilpa Vijay K have been my inspirations and they are awesome people to work with. 2. Allows freedom in style of work 3. Leaders encourage and recognize real talent

...m Lead and associate personal relationships impact work allocation uniformity 3. Very less salary when compared with the market 4. Not one leader i was able to find in the current Mid Level Mangement untill Senior Manager

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Need more increment in salary because food and other personal things would help the employee very much as a small change leads to big help in future
