...f boys ask for leave , they simply say no leaves. You can go here and have fun. But managers will think how to rob your salary. They will ask you to work only on night shifts and sixth day, extra hours. They won’t pay for those efforts which you have been given to that organisation. Guys if you join there you can make many girlfriends but that company salary won’t be sufficient to enjoy with those girls. Their won’t be any career growth. You will be working for same salary for many years. New joiners will get more salary than you.

It's like Hollywood. Absolutely love the atmosphere. The bosses are great. The work is great. There's enough motivation to outperform yourself every next day.

I'd probably say a better salary would be nice. But I really can't say that coz it's real fun to work here

Very worst salary package, promotion, TL,Managers... In Sutherland 6 days working one days week off Including government holidays.... Best suggestion don't choose any one Sutherland company and don't believe any fake advertisements.....

Salary for every worker has to be increased atleast 24,000 would be great and every employee would grateful ready to work for Sutherland and need more resting hours or atleast more week off with applied shift

Need more increment in salary because food and other personal things would help the employee very much as a small change leads to big help in future

Good for gaining experience as a fresher.

...mination in the last of the month and I had stuck in the location without money. Because salary will not provide by the company as per the company policy it will come after 45 days something. And I was the top performer.
