Salary and payroll was very satisfying. There were no problem on receiving the pay. There are lot many opportunities to learn more

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Hard working employees will always be dumped up with all the works instead employees who are still acting as if they were busy are still enjoying their lives without any work and getting the pleasure by dumping their works to others. Also some US employees will always provoke that Indian employees are not upto the mark and not smarter than them. Some employees still working in higher positions without any knowledge in their field. Exit interview was not scheduled by HR. There was no clarity when will we get settlement and whom to approach. Last but not the least please treat the employees as human being. Also do understand that even they have their families to take care of.

High salary, nice working place

Dislikes

There were no additional projects for medical coding since it started and even needed to do lay-offs, meaning the project is not growing, smokers all over the campus, they do not follow nonsmokinh signs

Excellent company culture, excellent management, but predatory compansation packages. But if they seem justified to you, you'll feel at the right place

Getting salary on or before 31st.

Dislikes

No respect No inclusion or diversity as advertised. They ask you to put 10/10 while taking great place to work survey. Not great place to work. Toxic management Worst process for promotion. Even with 1 yr will get promoted but not tenured for more than 9 yrs Even an unknown HR will threaten you as if u made a big mistake in process and terminating us immediately.

As of now it is good company for freshers and lateral entry candidates and comparing to other BPO sector Sutherland is far better but directly is not good company

After 9 hours they ask to work and no compensation for over time works. After working hours they will consume your time in the name of huddle (meeting)
