Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Salary is disbursed but delayed... thankful to SEMPL to provide salary during lockdown.

Dislikes

...very slow, some responsive people in company. Account department is very weak. A lot of delays in disbursement of Salary nd other expenses.

Director was so good and team was supporting but HR was too rude and unprofessional.

Dislikes

Too much internal politics by HR and accounts department, HR was so rude to employees. Expanses never clear timely, they can fire you without any reason. Forgot about increment they never do, untill you didn't resigned.
