As per corporate procedure every thing looks fine, but it's 1st plant condition very bad shape... If I list out the deviation it take a long list... Peoples are not ready to change their attitude based on corporate requirements... They are not working as team... After PH reliving from September 18 I never seen before this kind of worst behavior from SH's... No one interested to achieve organization goal... One more thing I was worked past 2.5+ years still haven't received my offer letter or appointment order....

...ard bad environment, if I work Sunday I get Rs 100 after begging so many days... No double salary, very abnormal process control... Lot lot lot of things...

The best departement to work here is only Quality Assurance Enginner. Under Quality Head " Mr Sumit Pandey sir" you learn a lot. He is good leader ,manager , and most important a good observer. The daily morning meeting he takes is the best part here where you know how to deal the situation and how to act like a leader.

work culture is pathetic. safety is negligible. salary is negligible , hardly you can survive. Never work under BSS here. food is pathetic and in his worst condition. i left here due to my health issue because of food in night shift.
