... not on there desk. Even if we go to washroom they keep on calling on landlines. Very less salary increments only 5 to 8 % or based on performance. No promotion, no appreciations They keep on doing deduction against salary for any stupid reasons under company policy norms & clause. You cannot use your personally mobiles. But on other side Director and senior manager's are allowed to use personally mobile. There are monthly sales review meetings. Which is as similar as nightmares. Just horrible. Very less paid leave. Only 15 paid leave a year. As Director don't allow to take leave Very often. There's Strict lunch time. 1 pm to 1:30pm You cannot step out once you punch in.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low and career growth is slow. There is a training of 1 years with 10k salary . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No work timing, strict to come but always late. The management of the company is worst which is a family-based business. Director keeps on changing the work giving more pressure, and he ocassionally gives bad words also, cheap quality persons especially the one who handles production, operation, purchase and exports. I would not recommend anyone to work there unless you do not get any job elsewhere.

working culture and management support is really outstanding I never miss my family because of surelock family also i was learned many thing , no work pressure , really directors ( PRATIK MEHTA AND KAUSHAL MEHTA) nature is wonderful

They do not do FNF of old employee and put case who so ever go for asking FNF they should stop selling plastics Cable ties business and start legal company
