The management and colleagues were dedicated to providing effective training, ensuring a smooth transition into the role and field of work. The valuable experience gained during the brief period was instrumental in honing skills and understanding the dynamics of the industry.

Dislikes

The sudden closure of the Bhavnagar branch, barely 42 days after my joining, was a significant drawback. The unexpected termination raised concerns about job security, hindering career progression and causing uncertainties for employees. The lack of a transition plan or provision for remote work post-closure limited opportunities for skill development and professional growth. Such an abrupt departure impacted the credibility of the experience gained, potentially affecting future career prospects. Given the uncertainties post-branch closure, it is advisable for prospective employees to conduct thorough background research on the any company's work environment, culture, and history. Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
