If you dont have a project then you better start searching for another job. Other wise you may lose this job. Job security is very poor.

Toxic work environment No proper salary increment. In last 2 years no increment happend at all. Company taking huge chunk of money 90% is kept and only 10% is disbursed to the employee Company shows experience guys to the client. but freshers do the work. Eventually it scams both it's client and employee. Give same excused. 1) market is very bad 2) please work hard we have invested in this company.
