Well, you won't face issues at 1st, but once you have crossed 6months plus, then it will be difficult. you will be contacted to work on holidays. You will be targeted for unnecessary things, and eventually pressurized to quit once you have settled the process for smooth run.

Very bad company envorment to work. They ask to work 13 to 14 hours after saying 8 hours job. No one knows what to do, if you ask any query to senior person or manager they run away from it. Don't join this company at any cost and save your valuable time. They ask to stay at home even when it is holiday on Saturday-Sunday.
