Salary on time, and other accomodation is good

Dislikes

Until anil jain sir was handling this company all was god but when management is changed they have done unwanted hiring of peope without larger amount of projects in hand and then fired them( all old and new employees over 150). If u want job security then sunedison is not for you. And if you working as a engineer you are not getting any appreciation ever. Very unprofessional organization. They just preted to be professional. In previous monthe sunedison fired over 150 employers without any prior notice i am also one of them even i have worked for the for 3 years plus.

Salary on time Mr. Anil jain ji is true leader and best person He gave salries to all Employe even in lockdown. When he was managing work that time it used to be a great company.

Dislikes

As the management changed after lockdown this company became the worst comapny No job security I have been told to resign though i served for 5 years. They did bulk hiring without any plan now started firing, as on date approx 150 members were fired. Politics, no business sence.

Salary is on time. This is only one positive point

Dislikes

No job security. Work life is not there, company says saturday is half day but have to work full days. There is Balaraju and Kumar in Engineering team,who is making the life of Engineer like hell. Kumar will call there team even on leave and ask then to work and uses bad language because of frustation some of engineers already left the job Management doesn't know in which business they have to stick on.. They will keep on changing there business No increment from last 2 years. CEO Mr Pashu is good person having knowledge of business.. But mid management and higher manager don't have any idea of business

Lack of internal communication, no proper way of working, no systematic process Everyone does what ever they like, they don't think of other team members No job satisfaction and job guarantee

1. The egos of certain department heads have created a toxic work environment, increasing the workload on executives. 2. Employees who work hard and contribute to the company’s success often go unrecognized due to the destructive attitudes of their managers. 3. In the marketing team, previous leadership provided clear guidance and acted as a mentor, making tasks more manageable and ensuring proper input was given. 4. After the change in management, there has been a noticeable decline in leadership quality. 5. The new leadership lacks a clear understanding of design requirements, fails to provide proper briefings, and has created confusion within the team. 6. This disorganized approach has unnecessarily increased the workload for executives and led to misplaced blame on their performance.
