Dislikes

... Lala company NO training. No work culture. Wants to work beyond 7:00 pm daily Never get salary before 15th of next month. sometimes upto 20th of next month. No annual appraisal. No bonus even discussed at interview. Calls in lockdown during COVID-19 at 6:AM without pass. Salary paid 25% in lockdown. No support from HR & Admin during Lockdown when police caught us without pass.

There is no Politics except of 1 person. Nothing to like, because company has no policy for work life balance.

Dislikes

... Fake Commitments during interview. No job security for any level. No appraisal. No bonus. Work environment is not proper due to high work pressure every time.
