No policy for work life balance. No appreciation. Demand overtime working every day. Daily timing 9.30 to 7.00 minimum. Salary paid in 3rd week of following month.

The job was quite difficult task as there was no formal atmosphere. Everything has to done by self. Acct manager has to done data entry job.

Nothing except senior accountant sir. He helps lot how to work in high pressure and explain how to work in different scenario

Dislikes

Poorest Lala company NO training. No work culture. Wants to work beyond 7:00 pm daily Never get salary before 15th of next month. sometimes upto 20th of next month. No annual appraisal. No bonus even discussed at interview. Calls in lockdown during COVID-19 at 6:AM without pass. Salary paid 25% in lockdown. No support from HR & Admin during Lockdown when police caught us without pass.

There is no Politics except of 1 person. Nothing to like, because company has no policy for work life balance.

Dislikes

No work culture. Management wants you have to work overtime daily beyond 9.5 hours of daily working (9.30 AM to 7.00 PM) No Innovation, No appreciation. Only spoon feeders get benefit. No career growth. No HR policy. Fake Commitments during interview. No job security for any level. No appraisal. No bonus. Work environment is not proper due to high work pressure every time.
