No work culture. Management wants you have to work overtime daily beyond 9.5 hours of daily working (9.30 AM to 7.00 PM) No Innovation, No appreciation. Only spoon feeders get benefit. No career growth. No HR policy. Fake Commitments during interview. No job security for any level. No appraisal. No bonus. Work environment is not proper due to high work pressure every time.
