Nothing Only good for freshers

Salary is the biggest problem in this company Salary is over low i mean i have never seen any international process pays such a low salary which is even less than a security guard of that company No sick leaves No medical leaves provided still deductions are done even after showing medical certificate Planned leaves are minimal And one thing we all are fed up are Lack of hiring We had to work atleast an hour daily because of this and we are not payed a single rupee (overtime) If any employee is not available for 1 day then his pending work will be distributed to his colleagues no extra pay for that Target oriented on a daily basis that we have to complete a particular amount of cases on a daily basis which is very tiring and this comes under daily audit and it affects the performance. It is next to impossible to maintain performance on a daily basis overburden of work affects mentally and physically Body still feels fatigue even after having a good sleep of 7-8 hours Work from home scenario Company not even a laptop and I had to fix my own laptop with my own expenses and monthly paying broadband connection bill company never given any extra pay to any emoloyee salary which is already low The team leader try to deduct salary for no reason even they evaluate with some out of the box way which I don't know how but they deduct atleast 700-800 /- monthly which is a loss and a tight slap to the employee even working so hard

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... bots and other things give this review. because this is the worst organization. the starting salary of freshers is 13k. is less than tcs and other big MNCs.
