Subex has been an amazing company which will give you exposure to almost all the areas of product development to engineering to operations

(1) Work life balance will become an issue when releases are nearby (2) Compensation - It is not revised for employees who are there for a longer time

...s very bad, they are doing micromanagement and politics with their team members. No respect no values your work When you exit before your notice period, they will ask for salary to give them.

When working at small organization (i.e., less than 1000 employees), job role isn't fixed. This sometimes can turn as a benefit, as you tend to learn how the entire system works. But at times this seems a disaster when you've worked with large organization which are very process oriented.

Dislikes

Extreme work pressure, which is fine in a competitive market these days. But in return, employees either expect matching salary or job security and both are missing. Other organizations support employees with certification courses. Subex doesn't provide this option. Other organization benefits such as Leaves, health benefits / insurance, claims policies etc are poor. No transport provided.

Likes

The only positive thing about subex is it's work time flexibility. You can come anytime work for 7 hours and can leave.

Dislikes

Everything else. No hikes or appraisals. Not much to learn in terms of work. No bonus or anything. No work life balance
