Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Blessed with decent salary but career growth is very slow. No proper communication between few due to which resulting in delayed or unproductive results!!!

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are a bit okay and besides this year of Covid-19 pandemic, they satisfy with good salary hike and bonus every year.

...nagement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and good space for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No Growth ( only chamcha people got promotion easily), No compensation & benefits( 10 to 15 year old employee working on 20k to 25k salary), no job security (they can easily remove 10 to 15 year old employee) For policy (bhad me gai policy attitude)

Work environment has deteriorated over time, company culture maybe is the only positive I can think of.

Can write an article in this section but would summarize in a few points- Low salary High attrition while hiring is frozen since last six months Management's good at daydreaming but ineffective in understanding what is the need of the hour Everyone I know at my level here feels miserable and ready to move out, in its current form this organisation is a graveyard for talent.
