Work life is very low. Their work culture is totally depend on politics. They dont pay salary on time. That is the big issue. Overall u can join at your risk.

Not a good company to work and stability. They do not settle nicely and always forfeit the amount of staff for this many cases are pending against them in labour court. Directors of the company always breach their promises and misbehave for penny amounts of staff.

Zero mark for the company on work. Waste of time of one year working with this company.
