Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

Dislikes

Operators getting more salary/ benefits than an Executive/ Sr.Executive without much work to do. Whereas officers working hard to get nothing out of it.

There were new and exciting projects once but nowadays everything stalled due to budget cuts. Barely gets R&D work

Dislikes

Job security, career growth, compensation Whole company revolves around 3 morons Swamy, U kale and panda If you livk their boots well you get promoted every year and you will have great career without any work. Or else you'll get terminated So either R&D or manufacturing plant you cant escape this mafia My sincere request to AK: remove this mafia and save strides I would like to have a special mention about Swamy and U kale- these guys knew nothing about professionalism and they have zero knowledge on how pharmaceutical companies evolving each day, they are old and useless. They knew politics well.all those years Swamy and u kale built telugu and Marathi groups to serve their interest Panda- ignorant and unprofessional. Currently this is not a place for employees who look for professionalism, career growth and inclusive work place. I have to mention about their HR team, they had great HR policies but they can be easily butchered by above 3 people ( they can get a promotion for their disciples easily by overriding HR policies and get 200% hikes and every year promotion while others struggling for survival) Finally join in this company if you are or wants to be a desciple for band of 3 or ignore a call from their HR. There will be 200% chance of getting terminated in this company without any reason Save strides 👏
