They pretended to be care about their employees but the reality is very different.

Dislikes

Lots of salary deductions in the name of Mediclaim, GTLI, gratuity, PLI, which will deduct from employee salary only Mediclaim’s cost 35000 to the employee, PMS system is worst, company culture is also very worst every 2nd employee feels frustrated, unnecessary work load and pressure, if want to survive in the company you have to obey your manager instructions unless you will have to compromised with your performance ratings. And rest your will get to know it you meet personally with any employee.

...partment. There is good amount of Skill development and Technological knowledge. Salary of those who joined early are good but stagnant.

Dislikes

Long working hours and long duration Video Calling culture is very prevalent. VC start at 5.30AM in the morning and employee made to join via Laptops. Again VC start at 6PM again which eats into your personal time. VC are conducted 7Days a week with no holidays or breaks. There is large amount of administrative system based work load also which required constant monitoring and boring. Constant long duration reviews on daily basis increases stress and pressure.

Salary is best in the industry. Credited on time on the last working day of every month. The job is very secure and lesson until you are involved in some integrity issues. Reliance jio infocom also page lot of attention for office killing their staff and has tie up with Coursera and LinkedIn for new courses and certificates.

Dislikes

Promotions are very hard to come by as the seniors don't vacate their positions. Also internal transfer via IJP is very difficult because if you are a high scorer your immediate boss will not allow you to go and if you are bad scorer wherever you want to go they are not willing to accept. So you get stuck wherever you have joined.
