Only convenience is work from home.

...ave client work but everyone does not get opportunity to develop in client work. On top of that salary structure is terrible with deduction in name of variable pay. Only 4 fix holidays throughout the year and for rest of festivals there are optional 3 holidays Company does not provide medical insurance, no bonuses, increment only in January (that too after completing 1 year as full time) Overall there is no skill development here and no money. No employee perks and the company doesn't even organise a physical meeting or get together even once after joining.

Worst company I have ever seen. No proper work timings.Every day has to extend the work but they don't offer any comp-off.Micromanagement is at its peak. Have to be in call continuously during the working hours.They named it as a virtual room.Otherwise,people has to visit to office.

Dislikes

Everything. I suggest not to join here. No salary and career growth. Don't have much projects at their end even because of worst project management practices. Project managers don't have any knowledge how to plan and schedule the activities. They will change the policies whenever they want. No work life balance.

Instead Of Hiring Experienced Employees For Tough Domain Projects, They Are Hiring Interns, Giving Them Basic Training And Onboard Them On Project And Expect Project To Run Smooth, BugLess, With Excellent Code Quality. 4. Client Is Everything For Them

My friend worked in the organization for only 1 month and her/him experience was terrible.

Dislikes

...ever had face such situations. It was horrible experience working for Streebo. My friend has to left the organization in 1 month of joining and in that also they took 1 month salary back. Just want to say Make your decision wisely.
