Freshers needs experience so i joined this company.

Dislikes

They promise a good salary but on the name of training they used you more than the training period like 1 year 1.5 year and then you ask for Full Time Employees they will make some excuses and at the end you will quit and found nothing except wasting your young time that you could spend on some serious company.

There is no much growth after 6 months same stuff and they pressurize you to give closers. Purely target based sales. No benefit ,no food not even tea or coffee at office premises. They don't even provide esi or any medical policy

I don't want anyone to cry in this company. Employers are exploited in this company, Management of this company is not good at all. The way of getting the work done is wrong.

very bad HR management, no manner to talk to internal employees, Team lead talk like unprofessional, they want there work nothing else , employees can't expect ethical behaviour from there employer
