Company has a great working culture. The work transparency and commitment to internal as well as external customers helps me in ensuring about my growth in the organization. A lot of opportunities are given to take initiatives, and great support is received from the founders of the company.

Being consulting industry, at times work life balance gets impacted.

Support systems are excellent. Great team work. Client Satisfaction is Supreme. Entire team works hard to deliver results.

Office Space is shrinking as the team is getting bigger. Recreation is required. Canteen facilities are required. Optional 5 days week needs to be planned.

Senior team members like partners and heads are so arrogant, they behave as they only one who better judge in every aspects, no such learning culture. All senior have their own safer side to save their jobs rather to create leaders.
