For freshers, stratagile provide a big opportunity to them. They can learn and grow their career. And the data analytics team members are also very helping and caring.

Dislikes

Management don't have a structure and the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work on late into the night and even weekends also but from management side they are not value our hard work. They need only output. We don't get any support from management.

I like the team work and attitude of team leaders in taking up challenges and providing solutions for it.

need a little more balanced time spend on technical upgrades on skill sets for team members against the work schedule.

Company is exploiting every resource. Compelling to work even on off days. No new resources can withstand in this company for an year if he/she have worked in any structured company

Dislikes

Management is so selfish that they only needs money.
