Employee benefits Growth No compensation Appraisal Work life balance No Support from high position employees They teach like a school students These are based on straive Thousands lights branch (SPS) During the joining date at induction they will let you know that company will provide Cab facilities, Food and alternative Saturday will be off but none will ne implemented in SPS Branch. SPS thousands lights branch production manager behaviour look like a School teacher. The managers seems to behave like a Ceo of Straive Worst branch in Straive Groups. Free advice do not join Sps Branch.

...no support from HR people whenever the employee facing difficulties in his team. Maximum Increment is 3% per annum Work time also affect on your personal If you're hired with the good package giving too much of pressure based on your salary

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.
