Very poor salary increment in promotion. They cut normal annual increment and all other perks, bonus when promoted as assistant manager and this lead to decrement in CTC. Promotion without "pleasure".

Technical knowledge is not required to work. Work will goes as per SOP.

Not able to learn technical things by this work and no hike and need to work overtime without pay to sustain in work otherwise you will be fired.

No hike, no leave for Saturday, More pressure from Team Leaders 1 and 2 in Springer ASV Towers and ordered employees like SLAVE. Most people were resigned by that torturing the last 6 months. if continues nobody is working in that department. please save the team. They are asking every Sunday to work
