1. Very partial AM who assigned tough/irrelevant jobs to me based on partiality. He exploited me by saying all others are very young people, or sick, etc., and only from Linked profile, I found today, the 'young' person he referred to was actually having 11+ years experience (I have only 7) & was over 30 years of age!! I resigned only last month due to toxic culture of AM. Hectic workload was assigned to me even on Pooja/Holidays, whereas he gave leaves generously to all other team members. Raised his voice & talked to me abusively when I confronted him about my exploitation. He even cursed me saying I won't be living good wherever company I go!! I wish him back 10 times and will not accept his curses!!

I learned lot from the company. I have developed my skills and knowledge from the team as in company.

Very less salary. I don't have manage my family because of less salary, i have need growth in my salary level. And same as promotion too.

...no support from HR people whenever the employee facing difficulties in his team. Maximum Increment is 3% per annum Work time also affect on your personal If you're hired with the good package giving too much of pressure based on your salary

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.
