It’s really a terrible experience at Spi . Demotivated in all aspects such as culture and compensation. Their payroll structure is very much demotivated and get more works done with lot of pressure . I will advise my frnds to not enter if they look for a long term career development.

I don’t like the culture and compensation structure of SPI. And people work for years don’t get deserved promotion too

...no support from HR people whenever the employee facing difficulties in his team. Maximum Increment is 3% per annum Work time also affect on your personal If you're hired with the good package giving too much of pressure based on your salary

Nothing at all. Few months I worked there felt like I was under dictatorship. Very unethical expectations with out any scope to process or salary hike

Work expectations are very high, overloaded. Salary is very low.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.
