It is a good epublishing company...really enjoyed to work there...because of only reason i releaved from spi salary hike is not satisfied for me....Apart from salary it is good company like work environment, shift timings are very compact especially for women employees...

When I was working at SPI my teammates are easy to work with and friendly.

...s and someone had use it on their own welfare but I was the one who suffered it. They let me pay for what the other employee had enjoyed and take me out of the campaign.

Pleasant project and nice client. Team happened to be very cooperative.

Dislikes

There are no training by the company. Also there is no hike even after 1,5 years. No chance for growth. Work on national holidays and Saturdays.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

I learned lot from the company. I have developed my skills and knowledge from the team as in company.

Very less salary. I don't have manage my family because of less salary, i have need growth in my salary level. And same as promotion too.
